WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
If you've arrived at this page then you are probably looking for a wedding photographer. You've probably realised that finding a reliable and in-expensive photographer is diificult. You're probably thinking that, like a lot of other wedding day suppliers, photographers seem to want to charge vast sums of money for just half a days work. Well firstly can I say, in any wedding photographers defence, that the amount of work involved in taking the photographs, editing them, composing them on an album page and then printing and producing the album is very much more than half a days work, probably nearer to 3 days work. However because I only photograph a limited number of weddings each year and mostly through recommendations I am not looking to charge the usual professional rates.
I have been a photographer for well over 40 years and I'm passionate about photography as I hope you can see from viewing the galleries on this web-site. My aim is to provide newly weds with a truly memorable record of their day. I aim to capture the atmosphere, emotions and those unique moments in a friendly and unobtrusive way. I am very flexible in terms of style and offerings. Every couple requires something different, the dynamics of each wedding are different and that's why I'll discuss with you your specific requirements at your venue(s)in advance of your big day. Digital photography has helped with this flexible approach, colour, black and white, colour popping, toning are all easily achieved for any of the captured images.
Although each wedding is different, what I have found is that the majority of couples require images of bride / groom preparations, bride arrival, the ceremony, register signing, after ceremony formal and informal shots up to the cake cutting and meal.
I have therefore created a a very popular basic package which includes the above, PLUS up to 40 enlarged prints (10" x 8") in an album and all the photos taken on the day provided on a DVD. These will be copyright free so that you can print as many as you wish after the event..
This basic starter package is £600.00
I can of course provide further images of the day which include the First Dance and even up to the end of the reception but we would need to discuss this in more detail.
